Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What is the return/exchange validity?

Products can be returned/exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 30 days will not be accommodated.

Can I raise multiple return/exchange requests of one order within 30 days?
No, return and exchange will be processed at the order level, not on a product-by-product basis. We no longer accommodate requests for return and exchange on a product-by-product basis.

What is the product exchange policy?
Currently, we do not have a product exchange policy in place. However, you may exchange the same item for a different size.

What if I receive the wrong Item, missing product or defective piece?
If you receive an item that is wrong, missing, or defective, please initiate a complaint within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Complaints made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

DOs & DON'Ts during pickup:
1) Ensure the original product tag and packing are intact when sending the product back.
2) The following products are not eligible for return and exchange:
-Any product returned without all original tags included with the product at the -time of delivery.
-Any item that has been worn or washed.
-Any product not from BoheeWohee.

Why is the pickup service unavailable?
At times, certain PIN codes may not be serviceable for pickup. In such instances, please self-ship the items to the address below. We will refund ₹100 in the form of a coupon code.

What are the refund options?
1) Refunds for PREPAID orders will be processed back to the original source account.
2) For Cash on Delivery orders, we offer the following refund options:
-Bank transfer
-UPI ID
-Coupon Code
-Points

How soon will I receive the refund?
It takes 15 days for the product/order to reach our warehouse from the date of the pickup.
Refunds will be initiated within 48 working hours of receiving the courier in our warehouse after a quality check.
-Credited to your bank account/UPI/source account within 5-7 working days after initiation.
-Coupon codes will be shared within 48 working hours of receiving the item(s) in our warehouse.
-Points will be issued within 24 working hours of the pickup.
